I know this love you freely offer
Because you gave Your life for me.
I cannot understand such love

Your plan fulfilled for all the ages
Eternally…much more it meant!
You bore our sins, once and for all
So I’m forgiven, now, today.
Your suffering still sets me free
And gives me life somehow, some way.
It wasn’t just something You did,
But what You’re doing, what You’ll do.
You gave Your life to give me life
And hope that I am holding to!
Yesterday, today, forever…
I cannot grasp, I cannot see,
What you have done, are doing now,
And will do, Lord, to set me free.
“New every morning,” says Your Word,
And with great thankfulness I know
“From everlasting to everlasting”
Lord Jesus, You have loved me so!
